Breast Reduction Before & After

PATIENT 1: This patient with a significant breast asymmetry underwent a right breast reduction and a left breast lift. A lollypop scar (vertical mastopexy) technique was used.

Patient 2. This patient with very large breasts underwent breast reduction using a medial pedicle technique. This technique is safer in patients with very large breasts and allows for better cleavage shaping.

Patient 3. Patient with breast asymmetry underwent breast reduction using a medial pedicle technique.

PATIENT 5: This patient under went a breast reduction to alleviate back and shoulder pain. Preoperative breast asymmetry was aslo improved.

PATIENT 6 : This patient underwent a breast reduction using the Wise pattern (anchor) technique. The size of the areola was reduced and nipples were place in a more appropriate position in central portion of the breasts. The amount of breast reduction depends of the patient’s preference.

PATIENT 7: This patient underwent a breast reduction over 2 year agos. After two years, scars in many patients turn white and become less noticeable.

PATIENT 17: This patient underwent a vertical (lollypop scar) breast breast reduction. Two months after surgery scars appear pink and will continue to fade over the next several months.

PATIENT 18: This patient underwent small breast reduction and lift. Large areolas were reduced in size.

PATIENT 19: Two months after breast reduction. Pink scars will continue to fade over the next several months to a year.

PATIENT 20 . Breast reduction using an acnhor scar technique.

PATIENT 20 . Three months after breast reduction using a medial pedicle acnhor scar technique.

The patient reported significant relief in back/shoulder pain. Shoulder grooving improved on after photo. Scars will continue to lighten over the next 12-24 months.
