Nose Reshaping (Rhinoplasty)

Dr. Grigoryants specializes in endonasal rhinoplasty (also known as closed rhinoplasty). In endonasal rhinoplasty, incisions are placed inside the nose and, therefore, no scar will be present across the bottom of the nose. The goal of nose surgery is to create a natural and more attractive nose. In many patients breathing airway obstruction is treated at the same time.

		PATIENT 1: In this patient nose reshaping (rhinoplasty) was performed to remove the nasal bump and raise the tip of the nose. Incisions were placed inside the nose- known as a closed rhinoplasty or endonasal rhinoplasty.
